註：本幅署具體創作日期，正吳大澂政務繁忙之際，仍抽閒造佛像一區，蓋是日正佛誕也，故曰「敬寫」。
愙齋筆下偶見人物造像，有取自金農本，本幅畫風頗近，惟未敍淵源。越十二載，吳昌碩寫有佛像一幀，未具畫題，以行草書款，筆墨較簡，構圖、題跋內容則與本幅相若，或兩者同法前人本，又或得觀愙齋本幅於其幕中，遂取之入畫，毋乃兩人以藝論交之佳證也！
