款識：
至樂莫如讀書，至要莫如教子；
寡智乃能習靜，寡營迺可養生。
建國廿又三年六十初度書奉銘初仁弟雅正。無沙老人馮漢識于鄧齋，實甲戌八月廿四日也。

鈐印：
「 無沙老人」、「馮師韓」、「甲戌八月廿四師翁六十初度所作」、「必遵修舊文而不穿鑿」、「好學為福」。

藏印：「何曼盦書畫」。

上款：「銘初」即帥銘初（1893-1978），廣東南海人，長於書香門第，好繪事，工書，任職於南洋兄弟烟草公司，與廣東書畫文化界交往甚密，又與黃賓虹、齊白石等有書信往來。他投馮師韓門下，嘗為乃師編書畫集。
