〈書〉
叢艾青青昌蒲綠，枇杷葉大錦葵簇；
閒似榴花作深紅，一束相映人如玉。
宜繫綵縷浴蘭湯，用表嘉節禔百福；
叔堂持似為祝延，歲歲添籌滿海屋。
既為老伯母大人寫五瑞圖，復拈俚語為蒲觴之獻。愚姪張爰再拜。
鈐印：「張爰印」、「大千」、「張爰之印」、「大千」。

上款：「李老伯母方太夫人」即李祖韓、秋君之母。
小港李、方二家皆當地大族，營商有法，家業豐厚，且互有通婚，方家選青娶李家銀娥，選青之妹則適李薇莊，亦即祖韓、秋君之母。大千與李家具世誼，祖韓兄妹尤屬摯交，故對其長輩十分敬重，年節每有寫畫致賀，皆精心所出。本幅即取「大風堂」製金扇箋，工筆細寫天中五瑞，另面復書七律，作「蒲觴之獻」。是年初，大千亦寫有〈花開納福〉賀歲，俱用功所製，由此可見兩家情誼。
註：本幅寫於「大風堂」製箋上，夾層印有「蜀人張大千書畫扇」及「大風堂製」。扇股出自光緒年間竹刻名家于士俊刀下，兩面皆刊漢瓦文字，「子厂」款。
