（畫）款識：蔚雲仁兄大人雅屬。壬申（1872）春二月，伯年任頤寫。鈐印：頤印
（書）釋文：米海岳行草書，傳於世間，與晉人幾爭道馳矣。顧其平生所自負者為小楷，貴重不肯多寫，以故罕見其跡。余游京師，曾得鑒李伯時《西園雅集圖》，有米南宮蠅頭題跋，最似蘭亭筆法。已丑四月，又從唐完初獲借此千文。
款識：應蔚雲三兄司馬大人雅屬即正，辛未（1871）秋，侶僊。鈐印：侶僊
