the rounded sides rising from a tapered foot, the interior boldly painted to the central medallion with a ribboned bouquet of lotus flowers and pods, encircled by a composite floral scroll below a key fret, the exterior similarly painted with a composite floral scroll, the base unglazed

The dish is in general good condition with the exception of a minor chip to the foot (approx. 0.5 x 1 cm), a hairline to the rim (approx. 3 cm) at 11 o'clock, a small glaze flake to the rim at 10 o'clock and another smaller one next to it, frits to the rim, and slight scratches overall. There are some firing flaws including very minor glaze pooling to the interior, and burst bubbles and iron spots.
