the shallow rounded sides rising to an everted rim, the interior finely gilded and painted in pastel colours with a seated lavishly dressed lady painting a leaf at a table, her attendant holding a floral fan to her side, a group of lingzhi stems, censer and fly whisk resting on the gilded stand behind them, the base with a double-circle in underglaze blue

Condition

This dish is in general good condition with the exception of a hairline crack to the rim (approx. 3.5 cm) at 5'Oclock and some rubbing to the gilding along the rim. There are some firing imperfections to the glaze including minor burst bubbles.
