carved in low relief to one side with a horse and groom, the reverse with a poem followed by two seals, the stone of an even greyish-white colour

The plaque is in overall good condition. A side of the plaque appears to have been lightly polished to conceal an earlier nick/natural flaw. The catalogue illustration is redder than the actual colour of the stone.
