白玉質，圓雕三羊。母羊四肢臥於腹下，昂首挺胸，顎下長鬚及胸，神態自若。小羊依偎在旁，造型優美溫馨。

此器玉質細緻溫潤，其造型體現了宋朝玉器形神兼備之特色。比較葉義，《中國玉雕》，香港藝術館，香港，1983年，圖版142，筆者在描述麥雅理所藏宋代白玉羊時提到，羊的面部是由多個棱面組成，這種處理方式乃宋代動物玉雕的另一特色。
