清康熙 釉裏紅折枝四季花卉紋蘋果尊 《大清康熙年製》款

of compressed globular form, elegantly potted with generous rounded sides rising from a concave base to an incurved mouthrim recessed into the shoulder, the exterior intricately painted in rich tones of raspberry red depicting four stylised full, round blooms of chrysanthemum, peony, lotus and hibiscus, each borne on a curved leafy spray and surrounded by stylised foliage, all below a narrow classic-scroll band, the incurved mouth encircled by a stylised lotus meander and the foot with triangular lappets, divided by underglaze-blue line borders, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark in three vertical columns

康熙帝致力振興景德鎮御窰廠，將前朝所創之成就恢復完善，尤其是釉裏紅發色效果控制及呈色之穩定。明宣德年間成功燒製出釉下彩青花釉裏紅，其後釉裏紅器逐漸減少，少出如本蘋果尊之佳器。

康熙早期，宮廷畫師劉源於1678至1688年間奉皇命設計藍本為樣，此舉史無前例，瓷樣設計自此別開生面，多姿多彩。以細緻的線條勾勒四季花卉，綴以卷草紋，設計優雅，可見劉源的影響力。

類似的蘋果尊藏世界各大博物館及私人收藏。一為北京故宮博物院藏所藏，見《故宮珍藏康雍乾瓷器圖錄》，北京，1989年，圖版22；上海博物館藏一例見《青花釉裏紅 》, 1993年，圖版118；一例為玫茵堂藏，見康蕊君著，《玫茵堂中國陶瓷》，卷二，倫敦，1994年，圖版733，筆者指出尊上的花卉分別為牡丹、蓮花、菊花及茶花；另一例為練松柏收藏，曾展於《Elegant Form and Harmonious Decoration》，大維德基金會，倫敦，編號113，曾售香港蘇富比1979年11月28日，編號221，並著於《香港蘇富比二十週年1973-1993》，1993年，圖版88。另有數例曾經拍賣，一為仇焱之舊藏，康熙刻款經磨，現藏香港藝術館，售香港蘇富比1981年5月19日，編號540；一例為宣統皇帝舊藏，售紐約蘇富比1983年4月16日，編號488；另一例為袁氏家族舊藏，售香港蘇富比2005年10月23日，編號352，後再售香港佳士得2013年11月27日，編號3206。

蘋果尊式水盂除了釉裏紅，亦有以其他釉彩裝飾。一豇豆紅例藏華盛頓國家藝廊，見 John Ayers，〈The Peachbloom Wares of the Kangxi Period (1622-1722)〉，東方陶瓷學會彙刊1999-2000，期64，倫敦，2001年，頁47，圖33；另一月白釉例藏上海博物館，著於汪慶正主編，《上海博物館藏康熙瓷圖錄》，香港，1989年，圖版240。
