The work is in overall very good condition. The lacquer is free of chips or abrasions. The paint layers are intact and bright. Framed.

The works of Thai Van Ngon are in the permanent collection of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum, and currently displayed in the Meeting Room of the South Vietnam Presidential Palace. This work was awarded the Gold Medal Prize in an art exhibition in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh) during the 1960s.
