This work is overall in good condition. Few pinholes can be found on the top left and right corners and shall belong to the original condition during the artist's creation. Few hairline craquelures can be found under close examination around the bottom right area of the canvas. There is a minor scratch near the middle of the top border (above the houses). This work is not examined out of frame. There is no sign of restoration under UV examination.
