Accompanied by GRS, Gübelin and SSEF reports numbered GRS2013-098511 (Award No 973), 13070151 and 69386 respectively, stating that the sapphire weighing 47.60 carats is natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating. GRS and Gubelin further stating that this colour variety of sapphire may also be called "royal blue" in the trade. Also accompanied by SSEF appendix stating that its attractive blue colour is due to a combination of well-balanced trace elements in the gemstone, typical and characteristic for fine sapphires from Mogok, Burma. Please refer to the reports and appendices for further details. Stamped 750 for 18 karat white gold. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with moderate typical inclusions and a few slightly surface reaching, some nicks and a few tiny chips. Trilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.80 carats in total, about I colour, VS and SI clarity; and the smaller diamonds are about H-I colour, mainly VS ( a few SI-I ) clarity; as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of minor wear to the metal, in very good condition.
