Colour and Clarity: According to the Gübelin report, the ruby is natural, of Burmese origin, from Mogok region, with no indications of heating, and its colour may also be called "pigeon blood red" in the trade; and according to GIA reports, the two certified diamonds are D colour, Flawless, with excellent polish and symmetry. Please refer to the reports and appendixes for details. In our opinion, the ruby is of medium strong vivid red colour, very clean to naked eyes and with lively brilliance. Under 10x loupe inspection, there are minor typical natural inclusions, a few minute chips on crown and girdle, and a natural opening on the pavilion but does not affect the brilliance of the stone. Condition: Platinum and karat yellow gold mount, in mint condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US.
