Automatic movement, perpetual calendar and minute repeating in working order when cataloging. Dial is nice and clean, in very good condition. Case with some very minor hairlines to the bezel and case band. Overall in excellent condition. Rare and collectible example. 於1992年面世的5013型號為百達翡麗生產的最高端複雜錶款之一，由高達515個零件組成。為慶祝百達翡麗150週年紀念，品牌於1989年製造了第一枚搭載自動上弦機芯的三問腕錶，此項技術上的突破促使及後5013型號的出現，為品牌首款搭載三問，萬年曆，月相及逆跳日期自動上鏈機芯腕錶。逆跳日期指針弧形運行270度，並在每月最後一日午夜的時刻，飛返至下月一日。飛返功能機制在運作期間，指針會脫離傳動鏈控制，並於下月的第一天巧妙地重新復位。5013的錶殼復刻了百達翡麗最重要的絕世古董問錶——為著名銀行家Henry Graves Jr打造的編號198.21腕錶。鉑金版本曾著錄於Huber, M., & Banbery, A. 所著《百達翡麗腕錶》第二版315頁, pl. 470 a-d，黃金版更於2012年紐約蘇富比拍賣會中以超過300萬美金的價格成交。

5013型號於2011年正式停產。據研究所得，搭載黑色錶盤的5013P型號極為罕有，為最受藏家推祟備至的錶款之一。
