The movement is running and calendar in working condition at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. The dial in very good condition with a discreet and minor mark at 55. Hands in excellent condition. The hand of the date with a minor and very discreet scuffs to the centre. The glass with some light scuffs throughout due to age, some more important to the edge especially at 11 and 6. The case in good condition, polished in the past especially to the upper right lug as expected for a vintage piece. With the usual light scuffs, scratches and indentation throughout due to age and use. Hallmark to the band at 10 in good condition, slightly polished but easy to read. The hallmark to the bottom right lug better preserved. The bracelet is of beautiful quality. It was possibly shorten and during that operation the clasp was changed. As a result, the bracelet is NOT signed. Nevertheless, it can be attributed with not doubt as original and Patek Philippe. It is further confirmed by the Extract from the Archives. Overall a beautiful piece, highly attractive, in condition in accordance to its age. Beautiful dial. Recommended
