Dial and hands in good condition, have been relumed. Case with minor scuffs and scratches to case back, some loss of material to the outermost edge of the bezel.

The present lot is distinguished from other similar models by the red encircled 3H designation on the dial, which indicates the presence of tritium.  As a radioactive isotope of hydrogen ³H or hydrogen-3 are alternative chemical names for tritium.

This lot also comes with a military assigned leather cuff.  These types of watch straps, identified by stitched leather that sits beneath the watch, were originally intended to prevent pilots' wrists from being irritated or possibly injured by the potentially significant temperature changes of the metal case back.
