- painted enamel metal
of quatrefoil section, painted with shaped panels enclosing European figures reserved on a green diaper ground, the top, spout and base of the kettle and the cover decorated with flowers against a white ground
Condition
The handle, spout and top of the teapot are restored with areas of overpaint. There is general crazing to the enamels, particular in the white areas. Minor surface wear and enamel flakes.
