the slender spherical body rising from a spreading foot and rising to a flared rim, with four vertical rows of angular fret flanges running up the sides of the vase, the body decorated in colourful champlevé enamels with archaistic motifs against a gilt ground, the neck and base each with four blade lappets centred by the flanges and decorated with C-scrolls

This vase is in good condition, but does have minor dents/necks to various areas and there are areas of rubbing to the gilding to the rim, base and sides. There are also minor losses to the enamel in some places.
