- BRONZE
naturalistically cast seated with large flame-like bushy tail and with one paw resting on a brocade ball, the head forming the hinged cover with large bulbous eyes and mouth open to reveal sharp teeth and a tongue, the metal patinated to a dark chocolate brown tone
Condition
The incense burner is in good condition with the exception of a crack to one ear where it joins the head and repair to the same area of the other ear and light rubbing and scratches to the patina. The head, although moveable, will not hinge open.
