the pear-shaped body resting on a stepped spreading foot, surmounted by a waisted neck flaring at the rim, brightly decorated to the exterior with alternating upright and pendent lotus blooms borne on undulating leafy scrolls arranged in horizontal registers, all divided by thin floral scroll bands
Condition
This vase has a number of areas of restoration to the enamel to the neck, sides and foot. There is also a number of areas of rubbing to the gilding to the thin bands to the neck, body and foot as well as to the band to the rim.
