Condition
This work is in good condition, but has recently been re-mounted. There are some horizontal and diagonal scratches to the central area of the robe. The lower section of the robe has faded to a green colour in some areas. Three is some light (red) staining to the upper right hand corner of the work.

本品款識述明畫中坐者為張誠五，又稱張用五、用五道友，活躍於十九世紀清末年間，乃北京白雲觀道長門下高弟，曾為雙泉寺及福慧寺主持，兩寺坐落北京昆明湖西邊。張誠五與白雲觀第二十代傳人高仁峒為密友，本畫應是高氏所畫。
