清康熙庚子年（1720） 彩漆穿雲游龍紋圖板一對

each rectangular panel decorated the front with a pair of dragons amidst ruyi cloud and fire scrolls, the reverse with mythical creatures, antiques and on one a peach nut inscribed with the cyclical date Kangxi gengzi year corresponding to 1720, wood frames and metal brackets for suspension 

One panel with a restored section on the dragon side approx. 54 x 26 cm which includes areas of touch up to the clouds, the tail of both dragons, and the lacquer ground. There are also two vertical cracks, the longest approx. 70 cm. The reverse with restoration to the peonies in the top vase, and a vertical crack running from the crab to the bottom of the panel, approx. 52 cm long. The second panel with touch ups, mostly along the edges on one side and the reverse with two restored patches. Both panels with minor losses, craquelere, fading to the pigment consistent with age and use.
