清乾隆 粉彩天藍地萬福象耳瓶 《大清乾隆年製》款

the finely potted globular body resting on a raised waisted foot, the neck rising to a slightly flared galleried rim, the main body decorated in a pastel palette of enamels with four uniform composite lotus florets issuing budding tendrils all between upright lappets and a border of ruyi heads around the shoulders, the neck with descending bats suspending a gilt wan symbol over further blooms, applied with relief-moulded mock handles in the form of elephant heads suspending tasseled bianqing, covered in a turquoise glaze to the interior of the mouth and the base save a square panel inscribed with a six-character seal mark in iron-red, zitan stand, incised with the character bing and painted in red jiushi hao (no. 90)

The vase is in overall good condition with the exception of a glaze flake under the mouthrim on the interior, of triangular shape of 0.9 by 0.5 by 0.5 cm, and an oval glaze flake to the tip of the elephant-head handle of 0.5 by 0.35 cm. Both flakes appear to be related to/have developed from burst bubbles during firing. The gilt paint on the mouthrim is partially worn, while the pink enamel at the foot displays some pulling around the footing.

此瓶式樣古今並蓄、風格中外兼備，悅目討喜。紋樣上承傳統，飾纏枝番蓮等花，瑞蝠銜卐，具萬福之意，伴以如意雲頭紋，祥兆滿溢，器形卻刻意創新，並溢西洋調子，天藍地巧配粉色淡彩，渙散異風，正合高宗品味，應乃景德鎮御窰廠受宮中造辦處琺瑯作啟發下研製之新技巧製。

天藍地與淡彩粉色之配搭，初見於銅胎畫琺瑯器，乃康熙年間由來華謹見傳教士引入。據法國傳教士兼畫師馮秉正書信，銅胎畫琺瑯應約於康熙五十三至五十五年間（1714-16）首度引進宮中琺瑯作，未幾即融入清廷工藝。隨著歐洲傳教士引入白彩，成就瓷胎畫粉彩之研發。此瓶口沿、肩上，描金作飾，與通見於銅胎北京畫琺瑯器之沿邊鎏金，有異曲同工之妙。天藍配淡彩，始見於康熙一朝，雛例可參考康熙銅胎北京畫琺瑯淺藍地花卉紋對瓶，底署「康熙御製」款，售於香港蘇富比1989年5月17日，編號414。

與此器形、尺寸之例，可參考一松石綠地粉彩暗八仙纏枝蓮紋瓶，器頸以豎向葉紋飾之，底署描金四字「乾隆年製」篆款，先後售於香港蘇富比1987年11月24/25日，編號182及香港佳士得2008年12月3日，編號2566。另可比較施相類天藍色地、沿邊描金、署礬紅乾隆篆款之器，如分別售於倫敦蘇富比1998年6月16日之賁巴壺（編號287）及2006年11月8日之觚式瓶（編號97）， 兩例皆飾纏枝番蓮八吉祥紋。另見一乾隆粉彩花式蓋盒，蓋上開光繪番蓮盛放，環飾朵朵小花，以如意相連，售於香港佳士得2012年5月30日，編號3991，也可資比較。
