釋文：關外梅寒千樹玉，亭前松折幾枝釵。
款識：吳榮光。鈐印：「吳榮光印」、「荷屋」
題識於裱禙：康南海稱吳荷屋，書法深美，冠冕海內，抗衡中原，予觀此聯，豪雄跌宕，尤為傑構，可寶也。願子孫永保之，橘叟題誌，時六十九歲。鈐印：「橘園」、「芬」

註：黃桂棻(1874-1953)，字松庵，一字桂庵，晚號橘叟，廣東順德人，能詩，擅山水，著有《黃松庵山水冊》。與梁鼎芬、葉恭綽、李研山等粵地畫家時有往來，當中與梁鼎芬交情甚督，亦師亦友，光緒年間梁鼎芬受命為兩湖書院監督時，黃桂棻亦於此執鞭授教，二人常有書信及詩文交流。30年代後期移居香港，潛心創作。

本輯源於黃桂棻先生後人，藏品從未公開，皆以明清名家書畫為主，重其筆墨流露、氣質面貌，或有表現對該畫家之看法。
