鳳研樓主人擅臨摹，更長於文、沈。此幀為其十二年前所作，甚工。研山今下世閱兩月，雄齋得自市販，擬實寶藏，芬因故人大作，投諸知己賞鑒，為之深幸，因識數語歸之。
辛丑六月。曇殊芬阿賴邪室燈下。
〈馮〉
己丑，余舉家遷港，曾與協之、毅生、誦先、商一、少昂諸友好十二人合展書畫，匆匆又三十年矣。除少昂外，先後已作古人。今獲覩此幀，物存人去，為之惘焉。戊午。康矦記之。
款識：
