朱梅邨 麻姑獻壽

款識：
辛巳五月臨陳悔遲真迹，奉祝陶母曹太夫人六旬初慶。朱梅邨。

鈐印：「朱梅邨」。

-A dark-blue pigment on the dress worn by the figure on the right has faded. Paper cracks can be found in the lower section of the painting and paper has turned yellowish, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair to good condition.

註：任熊〈麻姑獻壽圖〉大軸乃「梅景書屋」舊藏。一九四一年湖帆先生二姐吳蕙青五十整壽，遂轉贈以賀，並上書五律一首。畫上渭長題「法崔陳兩家」，筆墨實近老蓮，人物則較遠其變形法，自成面貌。本幅題「臨陳悔遲真迹」，考其構圖筆法，似出諸任熊本，寫於「辛巳五月」，即為湖帆先生轉贈之時。

若參勘渭長本，除因應尺幅縮小而人物佈景位置稍作更動外，朱梅邨筆下基本構圖相若，惟顏色添改較多，如童子衣服染藍，荷花轉為嬌紅，坡地舖綠，湖石墨色濃淡渲染較多，質感更強，全畫裝飾性更趨豐富，或為應制祝壽稍作增刪之故。任熊本後由畫家捐贈北京故宮博物院，他於八一年另寫一本自存，尺幅近渭長原作，畫中構圖、設色則與本幅相近，前後相距四十載，兩圖對照，亦堪玩味矣！
