寫到蒼松氣萬千，英姿颯爽記當年；
畫中九友今何在，一撫遺篇一惘然。
悲鴻先生為一代宗師，對藝林多所貢獻，惜天不假年矣！先生認予為畫中九友之一，并許予所作花鳥草蟲為中國第一人，知先生過愛，輙自策勉。頻年風雲擾攘，畫友星散，撫今追昔，能無黯然？庚子之春留金門多月，壯壽先生以所藏先生松鷹一幀屬題，并讀其遺作一篇，感於知遇，為題於上。趙少昂於三藩市。

-Signs of restoration can be found on the painting, where there appears to be paper cracks and paper losses previously. Otherwise, generally in fair to good condition.

拍品資料及來源
上款：「商一」即王商一（1909-1972），號魯齋，廣東中山人。畢業於上海南洋商學院，幼嗜書法篆刻，兼習書畫。抗戰期間入蜀，活躍於四川文藝界。一九四九年後赴港，曾與趙少昂、馮康侯等人組織庚寅書畫社。六四年移居美國，於彼邦傳授畫藝。
