上款：「經章」即丁策（1913-1970），江蘇無錫人。從事外交，曾任中華民國駐日大使館二等秘書。他擅長政治分析，亦精研中日古典文學，有著作及譯作多種傳世。
大千先生六十年代赴日期間，訪友晤舊，往遊名勝，當地友人經常作陪，如黃天才、莊禹靈等，丁氏亦其一，故屢獲書畫送贈。
