題識：
柳眉和月顰無語，蜜淚銷紅蘂。曉風破夢散殘更，帳外雞聲，門外馬號聲；
十年別夢愁多少，譜盡相思調。知音消息費沉吟，為託丹青，亳素寫深心。
此二不居士壬申自寫詞意，贈余之作也。韶石兄臨其本，特采原句。戊寅冬。季謀。

-Signs of restoration can be found in the upper section of the painting, where there appears to be paper tear previously. Creases can be found on the painting, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair to good condition.
