何曼庵，名子忠，廣東番禺人，近代著名書畫收藏家，其「靈璧山房」庋藏甚豐，尤注重嶺南先賢墨迹，以推動播揚鄉梓文化為己任，尤以粵籍學者、文人及政治家書法最為豐富，民國初期的政壇名宿即有汪精衛、胡漢民、古應芬、胡毅生等。並編印叢書多種收錄其藏品。

上款：「雨亭」即黃蔭普（1900-1986），一名少衡，廣東番禺人。清華大學畢業，後留學英、美等國。返國後，任教於中山大學，復轉入商務印書館，服務於其穗、港分館。他精通版本、目錄學，得張元濟、陳叔通等指導。室號「憶江南館」，藏書甚豐，以地方文獻尤著，有多種目錄學著作傳世。又嗜收集前人信札，積累所得，編有〈黃氏憶江南館集存〉。
