- Jade
the rounded sides rising from a spreading foot, with four semi-circular handles suspending loose rings, above a wide band of lappets, the wide everted rim carved to the sides with ruyi, the domed cover with ruyi-shaped panels, flanked with pierced cloud scroll panels, rising to a flared cylindrical finial, the stone of an even white to pale celadon tone with white inclusions

Condition
There is a 4cm area of the underside of the foot that has been re-polished. There is some small nicks to the interior of the rim. The cover may possibly be matched and it has a flaw/crack, running 4cm diagonally from the rim. There is also a 7mm by 4mm discoloured bruise to the rim of the finial.

本品廣口折沿，飾如意紋，造型鮮見獨特，配爐足淺浮紋飾，尤見優美雋秀。相類之爐例曾售於倫敦蘇富比2015年11月11日，編號54；另有較小之作例，同立於四足上，展於「Jade as Sculpture」，聖保羅明尼蘇達藝術博物館，1975年，編號67，後售於香港蘇富比5月21日，編號659。
