宋至金 耀州窰月白釉罐

beautifully potted with a globular body and short waisted neck, resting on a broad footring, applied overall with a smooth 'moon-white' glaze save for the foot revealing a greyish stoneware body

There is a small star crack in the glaze to the shoulder visible under UV that have been filled in, with associate hairlines extending around and down the body. There is a further network of original glaze firing crackles to the exterior, some that have been filled in, including a 'S' shape crackle visible on approx 6 cm one side and a few typical vertical firing crackles to the neck.

此耀州窰月白釉小罐，胎體極薄，釉色乳白，極為珍罕。耀州窰位於陝西省銅川市黃堡鎮，所製瓷器以其橄欖綠色青釉為特點，並以其刻花、印花紋飾享譽盛名。似此罐素白無紋飾者甚為少見，始見於金代，其時釉色漸青且見明顯氣泡。

耀州窰月白釉包括一盌例，藏大阪市立東洋陶磁美術館，展於《耀州窯：中國中原に華ひらいた名窯》，山口縣立萩美術館・浦上紀念館，萩市，1997年，編號18。另有一月白釉盌例售於紐約佳士得2003年3月26日，編號209。北京故宮藏一洗例，定代金代，錄於《故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集．宋瓷（下）》 ，香港，1996年，圖版143。
