with deep rounded sides supported on a splayed foot, carved with pointy petals around the exterior resembling a chrysanthemum flower, the associated domed cover carved with a swirling motif radiating around a short finial, both applied with an opaque white glaze with characteristic 'teardrops'

The bowl and the cover are associated. The overall condition of the bowl and of the cover is very good, except for some expected insignificant nicks especially to the rim of the cover, as well as some characteristic firing imperfections and typical surface wear.
