The vase is in overall good condition. It is finely carved and well hollowed. There are some light typical nibblings or insignificant nicks along the mouthrim and footring, all consistent with age. There is some natural pitting in the stone. The actual colour is less orange and slightly more pale yellow compared to the catalogue photo.
