with an immortal seated on a raft in the form of a lotus petal, the underside centered with the characters jin lian bao shou ('golden lotus benefits longevity'), one end further decorated with fu and shou characters among treasures emerging from waves

The carving is in overall good condition with expected minute nicks to the rim. There are also tiny areas of bruises, including one to the tip of the figure's head, as well as pitting to the stone. The actual colour of the stone is whiter and less red than the catalogue illustration.
