There are some missing inlaids, as well as typical age cracks, some of which have been stabilised, especially to the third bead from the S clasp.

參考台北故宮博物院藏一件鑲嵌梵文椰殼數珠，尺寸略長，錄於《清代服飾展覽圖錄》，台北，1986年，編號59。

佛珠源自印度教，僧人及信眾均得配戴，尤見於佛教祭典，亦可見於無量壽佛、觀世音菩薩等佛相。數珠多為十八或一百零八顆珠串，椰殼、玉石、人骨等各式材質皆有，如北京故宮博物院藏一例，刊於《清宮藏傳佛教文物》，香港，1992年，圖版141。
