the baluster body rising to a wide everted neck, enameled with leafy scrolling lotus reserved on a turquoise-blue ground
Condition
There is a shallow 1.5 cm long chip to the enamel on the side of the body, and a number of smaller chips around the shoulder. The surface has the expected pitting, shallow depressions and minor losses. The light encrustation to the base is etched with the numbers 2308. Apart from the shallow chips and surface wear, the vase appears to be in good overall condition.
