「這是一位匈牙利舞者。她的名字叫瑪格達。這張照片在Etienne Beöthy的工作室拍攝,她是我的朋友,一位雕塑家……我跟她說:『去改變一下工作室角落的氣場』,然後她開始移動那張梳化。她只做了一個動作。我只拍了兩張照片。沒有必要像現在的人那樣拍一百幾十卷菲林。移動中的人是絕佳的拍攝對象。這意味著要捕捉那一剎——當某物要轉變成另一種形態的一刻。它展現出一種變形扭曲,與泳者的照片有些相似。」
