Illustration is quite accurate. Good condition overall. First porphyry cup : a restoration with a small loss around the neck, a hair crack running through 80% of the diameter. A few chips around the neck. Second porphyry cup : a restoration with a probable replacement on the center. Some small chips around the neck. The gilding is slightly tarnished. A small hair crack and few minor chips on the withe marble bases. Very elegant model.

Une paire de coupes en porhyre rouge reposant sur une base tripode en bronze doré, vers 1785 et provenant de l'ancienne collection du palais des Tuileries est conservée au musée du Louvre (inv. OA 5296).
