Condition
The base is in overall good condition. There are losses to the raised and pointed parts of the design and small areas of retouching. Restoration on the back of the screen suggests that it was broken in half and broken along the upper part of the screen and broken on the screen's right hand side. Otherwise there are minor losses to the enamels on the raised parts of the design. The colours are of a softer and slightly translucent tone than the catalogue illustration suggests.
