朝鮮時代、十五/十六世紀 三島窰青瓷鳥紋瓶

the pear-shaped body rising from a straight foot to a narrow waisted neck flaring at the rim, freely incised to the exterior with a bird in flight between concentric line borders, covered overall in a translucent greyish-green glaze revealing the textured body underneath, Japanese wood box

This vase is in good condition, but has some light crazing to the glaze throughout.

本瓶紋飾雅緻，繪飛鳥翱翔，筆法自然，怡然寫意。製器時，藝匠於護胎土上刻劃紋飾，展露下層較深色瓷胎。李朝初期，佛教苦行僧人設窰於韓國雞龍山，該窰燒製之刻花瓷器，日本稱之曰「三島」。參考一例，紋飾風格相近，繪折枝葦草紋，圖錄於Goro Akaboshi、Heiichiro Nakamuru，《Five Centuries of Korean Ceramics. Pottery and Porcelain of the Yi Dynasty》，紐約，1975年，圖版61。

此外亦可參考數例，其一曾展於《古陶磁展第一部：李朝》，浦上蒼穹堂，東京，1983年，編號18，尺寸較大，上刻魚紋，同展另有一例，環飾花卉紋，編號19；尚有兩例，其一圖錄於小林太市郞，《朝鮮陶瓷圖說》，京都，1941年，圖版55，其二載於《陶磁大系 31 ：李朝の染付》，東京，1978年，圖版50。再比一例，繪相近鳥紋，圖見《陶磁大系30：三島》，東京，1976年，圖版46。
