唐 銅鎏金菩薩立像

cast standing on a floral pedestal with swaying foliate extensions, the hands clasped together before the chest, dressed in long robes falling into neat pleats around the body, the face with a serene expression with hair piled up into an elaborate chignon, surmounted by a mandorla incised with a flame border, wood stand and Japanese wood box

The figure is in good condition with the exception of some pitting and nibbles to the edges and rubbing and flaking to the gilt decoration.

本銅鎏金菩薩立像衣紋流暢，韻律自然，出自成組造像。可比一例，觀音造型相若，兩旁各一脇侍菩薩，售於紐約蘇富比2007年9月21日，編號9。
