拍品資料及來源

Interestingly, a vase of the same size and decoration, but with the design chased instead of inlaid, from the Water, Pine and Stone Retreat collection and illustrated in Gerard Tsang and Hugh Moss, Arts from the Scholar’s Studio, Fung Ping Shan Museum, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, 1986, no. 230, was sold in our Hong Kong rooms,  8th April 2014, lot 211. That vase was signed by Hu Wenming, and also has a silver-wire inlaid key-fret band around the neck. It is possible that the present vase comes from the same workshop.
