Good overall condition, with just minor surface wear to the extremities, and a minor split to the underside. The base has two circular holes where it was formerly mounted on a stand.

此器刻畫一常年入山採藥之老人，其滿意於收穫之喜悅心情表露無遺，飛揚的神采，反映出人物安身樂命之處世哲學。此作人物正面之精彩刻畫自不多言，可貴處還在人物背部之處理，上下兩處故意將衣服刻出破洞，露出背脊。如此處理不僅可使畫面上下形成呼應對比，同時亦對應人物正面之坦胸赤足，整體感十足。
