釋文：上合紫臺，稽之中和；下合聖制，事得禮儀。於是四方士仁，聞（君）風燿，敬詠其德，尊琦大人之思，逴彌之意，乃共立表石，紀傳億載。其文曰：皇戲統華胥，承天畫卦。
款識：節臨韓敕造禮器碑。丙申（1896）五月張祖翼。鈐印：丙申、逖先海外歸來之書、張祖翼印
注：張祖翼，字逖先，號磊盫，又號磊龕、濠廬、梁溪坐觀老人；安徽桐城人，幼年即好書畫和金石之學；善篆刻，師鄧石如；篆書宗石鼓、鐘鼎；隸書法漢碑、魏碑，亦能行、楷書，兼有碑意。張氏在清末民初時書名頗高，與吳昌碩、高邕之、汪洵，同稱海上四大書家，求書者眾；杭州西泠印社柏堂後石坊額上隸書《西泠印社》四字，即為其所書。著有《磊盫金石跋尾》《漢碑範》等。
