題識：秦公簋以開合轉折取姿，已開折釵法。鈐印：李健之印 鶴然四□建
注：青銅《秦公簋》，春秋名器，早年出土於甘肅天水；現藏北京中國國家博物館。
李健，字仲幹，號鶴廬，室名時惕廬，江西臨川人。清末拔貢，官內閣中書。善書畫，能治印；於魏碑、行草、篆隸各體無不精通。民國後從事教育，建立現代書法藝術教學體系；歷任長沙大路師範、上海美專等校教師。曾遊南洋，任檳榔嶼師範校長。1949年後任上海中國畫院畫師。 1953年被聘為上海文史館館員。著有《中國書法史》、《書通》；另有印集《時惕廬印景》和印學專論《金石篆刻研討篇》留世。

The paper has a tan tone. There are minor horizontal creases. Restoration to paper loss on the upper section. Scattered minor staining.
