壺作僧帽形，圈足， 闊頭長頸，口沿為台階狀，內有一小突出空鈕，為栓蓋子用，長流尖出，曲柄頂端有一如意形頭，壺體上下裝飾暗花如意形雲頭和纏枝蓮紋，壺腹部刻藏文祈願文一周，通體施甜白釉。
Condition
The sprout, the top section of the rim, and the handle have been restored and sprayed. The ruyi-head tab on top of the handle might be a replacement. There is a long underglaze crack around the foot rim.
