Condition
Automatic movement, minute repeater function and perpetual calendar are all in working order during the time of cataloguing. Dial is clean and all intact. Case and buckle with little superficial scuff. Overall in excellent condition. Minute repeater strikes beautifully giving it a harmoniously balanced sound.

百達翡麗於2006年巴塞爾鐘錶展上推出5104型號，同品牌旗艦錶款5002型號高複雜功能腕錶相似，5104型號同樣採用43毫米直徑加大錶盤設計，但風格更加大膽突破，顛覆了大眾對此品牌設計傳統、低調的固有印象，一推出便風靡了藏家及專業人士。
透過藍寶石水晶玻璃的透視錶盤，完美表現高複雜機芯結構的視覺震撼，帶給佩戴者前所未有的全新體驗。在研發過程中，百達翡麗以創新技術應對重重挑戰，尋求更為精簡美觀的方式以顯示星期、月份、月相盈虧及閏年等眾多複雜功能，此設計亦獲得一項新專利。
製作鏤空機芯腕錶最大挑戰，便是如何讓各項功能排列有序且清晰易讀，為此百達翡麗研發了一項新技術，將藍寶石與鋼材質融合，構成透視佈景，以此襯托各項功能顯示。為著重表現透明機芯的顏色組合，品牌選用粉紅金機芯材質與鉑金錶殼和諧搭配，賦予腕錶視覺層次及色彩對比。由於製作工序繁複，2012年前，此型號仍是品牌唯一發行的鏤空機芯高複雜功能錶款，只至2014年才推出新款5304型號。此鏤空亦設計使其三問報時簧音相較於品牌其它三問錶款，更加清澈宏亮。
