of upright rectangular section, carved around the sides with a ferocious dragon writhing sinuously chasing a flaming pearl amidst ruyi-shaped clouds, the stone of a rich golden amber colour with characteristic veins, the seal face carved in positive script with four characters reading Meiyi yannian ('a postive attitude lengthens one's lifespan')

In overall good condition with just minute nicks to the extremities as expected. The catalogue illustration is a tinge redder than the actual colour of the stone.
