There is an approximate 2 inch V-shaped restored break to the mouth rim. The handle has been off and restuck. There is restoration to the tip of the spout. The base of the ewer with restoration 3/4 of the way around for a U-form break approximately 2 inches long from the foot rim to the top of the splayed base.The cover with restoration to breaks to the rim, the loop handle and lion-form finial. The surface with expected wear and lightly polished.
